Once you’ve found the perfect home, we will review all disclosures and comparable sales in the area in order to negotiate the best offer to keep you competitive in today’s market. 

Although inspections are optional, we ALWAYS recommend getting a general home inspection. The Peace of mind of a home inspection report is priceless. We have many years of experience working with local inspectors. We can offer suggestions based on our experience to help you choose a reputable home inspector. 

Part of the closing process is choosing the right title and escrow company to help us with closing. They play a huge role in handling your home purchase. We have relationships with many title and escrow companies and can help you choose the right one.
